The company is founded by Joey Chan, a retired Senior Police Officer with 29 years of experience. After his retirement, he worked as a General Manager providing security and private investigations services. He is assisted by a team of experienced former law enforcement officers with vast experience and knowledge in field investigation and surveillance operations.
